Short, late night post

Just got done playing with food in the kitchen and don't feel up to writing much, but today I finally downloaded pictures from my phone so I thought I would put some up here. Things have been a little nuts around here lately as Emmett has not been wanting to go to sleep for nap or at night. I have taken to just laying in the room with him as he plays and then finally he gives up and falls asleep. The playing takes about an hour, though, so that is not too fun.

The plus side of the lack of sleep is that it makes Emmett a little crazy. The other night he started spinning around in circles, making himself dizzy, in the kitchen. He did this twice and each time he would spin, get himself good and dizzy, and then start semi-crying saying "the house is falling down"

The first two images are from an episode in the room where he finally gave up and fell asleep on the floor. The next is from Emmett playing in the sand/water at the park (fun clean-up for me) and the last is from the Exploratorium when he found a rainbow on the ground and wanted to lay in it.
